Over the course of the year, students will:
Build self-awareness and independence in everyday life skills
Learn and apply healthy habits related to food, fitness, technology, and time management
Practice adaptive first aid and CPR
Gain tools for working through their challenge zones
Plan, prepare for, and complete a summer capstone adventure project
Receive mentorship and support through each stage of growth
Join Expedition Academy and take part in a transformative journey where you'll develop the confidence, habits, and skills to thrive—in the backcountry and beyond.
What a Day at Expedition Academy Looks Like:
We begin our day at the Gladstone 24 Hour Fitness with group workouts, followed by showers and getting ready for the day. From there, we head to lunch, where we practice trying new foods, placing orders, and work on fitness planning and goal setting. After lunch, we head to the local library for guided lessons and activities focused on that week’s topic.
Fall Term:
In our Fall Term, we’ll focus on developing healthy habits—including food, fitness, technology use, and time management—as well as deepening self-awareness and building independence in daily living skills. This term sets the foundation for growth in the months to come.
Pricing Information:
Pricing for the 2025–2026 Expedition Academy is based on the average cost of the 2024–2025 terms. Rates will remain consistent across all four terms—Fall, Winter, Spring, and our Summer Capstone. Please note that students will need to re-register each term.
