RECREATION: Winter 10K Running Group: Train & Race Together

Ready to take your running to the next level? Join our 10K Running Group as we focus on building endurance, improving speed, and running with purpose. Whether you’re aiming to set a personal best, stay motivated with a supportive crew, or simply enjoy the rhythm of training together, this group is for you. Over the course of the term, we’ll train with guided runs, interval and speed drills, and weekly check-ins to help you track your progress and stay on course. Our season will finish strong with the option to run a 10K race at Champoeg State Park in March. Note: Race registration is not included—you can sign up on your own. Let’s run, train, and celebrate your progress together!
