Stay strong & trail ready this summer with Adventure Ready NW’s 6-week Summer Conditioning program! Join us on a series of Tuesdays afternoons for a fun and effective mix of cardio, strength training, and pool time. These in-person sessions are designed to keep you moving, build strength, and have a great time doing it alongside a supportive community. Whether you're maintaining your fitness or building toward new goals, this program offers a consistent and energizing way to stay active all summer long. Make sure you check out our add-on Summer Fitness Planning & Accountability for participants that are wanting to have guidance, accountability and structure for their summer fitness. 

Summer Fitness Accountability & Planning (ADD ON)

Format: Monthly Zoom + Ongoing Text Support

Take your fitness to the next level with our Summer Fitness Accountability & Planning program. Each month begins with a 30-minute Zoom session to set goals, build your personalized fitness plan, and create a clear path forward. From there, we stay connected through regular check-ins, providing encouragement, accountability, and adjustments to keep you on track all summer long.

This program is perfect for those who want structure, flexibility, and consistent support—whether or not you’re able to attend in-person sessions.

What’s Included:

  • Monthly 30-minute Zoom planning session

  • Personalized monthly fitness plan (delivered digitally)

  • Ongoing text check-ins and accountability
